Beloved, let us love one another: for love is of God; and every one that loveth is born of God and knoweth God. 1 John 4:7.

Love has a quiet but powerful way of restoring what life has broken. In a world where wounds—both seen and unseen—are part of our daily experience, Scripture reminds us that love is not merely a feeling, but a divine force rooted in God Himself. “Beloved, let us love one another: for love is of God…” (1 John 4:7). When we choose to love, we reflect God’s very nature.

God’s love reaches into the deepest places of hurt—places where words fail and pain lingers. It softens hardened hearts, mends fractured relationships, and brings peace where there was once turmoil. Even small acts of genuine love—a kind word, a listening ear, a forgiving spirit—can become instruments of healing in God’s hands.

As we walk through our days, we are invited to be carriers of this healing love, love that flows from the heart of Christ. Not a love that is conditional or convenient, but one that is patient, gracious, and self-giving. When we love others in this way, we not only reveal that we know God—we become part of His healing work in the world.
